After nearly three decades navigating the financial corridors of Fortune 100 giants like IBM and Mercer, Shantanu Bhatnagar did something few would dare — he swapped spreadsheets for sports turf.

A CPA and MBA, Shantanu built a career on precision, performance, and purpose. As a Global CFO and Strategic Finance Leader, he steered multi-billion-dollar portfolios, mastered the art of financial storytelling, and earned his place as a trusted advisor to boards and C-suite leaders across continents.

But behind the polished suits and balance sheets was always an athlete. A former cricketer and badminton player, and a black belt in Taekwondo, Shantanu never truly hung up his sporting spirit — he just channeled it into the discipline of leadership.

Now, that passion has found its home. By joining hands with Boyka Sports, Shantanu is bridging two worlds — corporate strategy and sporting grit. What began as a weekend passion has evolved into a mission: to build a sports ecosystem that nurtures young talent with the same rigor, structure, and vision that define world-class businesses.
